Houston-based restaurant group BB’s Tex-Orleans is pleased to announce BB’s Cajun Cantina, the only cantina-style concept across their entire franchise, now open at its Alamo Ranch location (5423 W. A member of the BB’s Tex-Orleans family of restaurants, whose first location opened in 2007 on the corner of Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, BB’s Cajun Cantina continues the commitment to source fresh Gulf seafood daily and fresh-baked bread from New Orleans. 

 

The menu features signature Cajun favorites such as Gumbo, Po’Boys, Cajun Seafood Boils, and Fried and Blackened Seafood, alongside dishes that fuse Cajun flavor with Cantina flair, such as:

 

• Cantina Style Surf and Turf: Outside skirt fajita beef, garlic sausage, and Jumbo Shrimp served over grilled onions, red beans and rice, tortillas, and fixins. 

• El Tejano Combo: 3 Empanadas, 2 boudin flautas topped with verde cream sauce and served with red beans and rice. 

• Shrimp Fajitas: Gulf coast shrimp, grilled onions, charro red beans, Mexican rice, tortillas and fixins. 

• The Tex-Cajun Combeaux: 2 Boudin flautas topped in verde cream sauce, a fried fish Taco, and 2 Cajun empanadas served with red beans and rice.
